MINSK, 21 April (BelTA) - President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is expected to deliver the annual state of the nation address to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly, the presidential press service told BelTA.

MINSK, 18 April (BelTA) – According to the preliminary data, over 3.4 million people took part in a nation-wide day of voluntary work (subbotnik) in Belarus on 16 April, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian government.
This figure in Minsk reached 578,500. Gomel Oblast led among the regions with 550,400 participants. It was followed by Vitebsk Oblast (525,400 people), Brest Oblast (487,200), Minsk Oblast (446,800), Mogilev and Grodno Oblasts (415,000 each).
