Belarus is going to transit the Ukrainian electric energy. The issue was discussed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Semashko and First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov in Gomel on January 15, BelTA informs.
After the negotiations Alexander Turchinov told reporters that the two sides had reached complete mutual understanding. The issue will be included into the memorandum Belarus and Ukraine are going to sign in the near future.
Besides, Ukraine, according to the First Vice Prime Minister, will renew the deliveries of electric energy to Belarus.
