MINSK, 16 November (BelTA) – In 2009 the Belarusian pipeline operator Gomeltransneft Druzhba will pump around 79 million tonnes of oil in 2009, the company’s Director General Sergei Sosnovsky told a press conference in Minsk on 16 November.
The Gomel-based oil transportation operator has been working steadily, with nearly the maximum throughput over the last few years. Modernized, the company’s designed capacity is now close to 82 million tonnes per annum.

GOMEL, 16 November (BelTA) – A team of the Gomel students – Gennady Korotkevich, Ivan Artiukhov and Mikhail Astashkevich – has won the 10th All-Russia Computer Programming Olympiad, BelTA learnt from the education department of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee.
