GOMEL, 2 April (BelTA) – Belarusian investments in the Bryansk Oblast economy have increased ten times over the last three years. In 2006, Belarusian companies invested $800,000 in the Bryansk Oblast, while in 2009 the investments made up $8 million, Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Oblast Anatoly Terebunov said in Gomel on 2 April. GOMEL, 25 March (BelTA) – Sweden is interested in expanding contacts with Belarus in all the fields, from culture and healthcare to economy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sweden to Belarus Stefan Eriksson told reporters in Gomel, BelTA has learnt.

GOMEL, 18 March (BelTA) – Belarusian Steel Works has contracted to deliver oil country tubular goods (OCTG) to Venezuela. The first batch of 5,600 tonnes will shipped by 15 May, the company’s information office told BelTA.
