TV and Radio Company Gomel works out new project timed to Year of Mother

Journalists of the TV and Radio Company Gomel – a structural subdivision of the National State TV and Radio Company of Belarus – have prepared a TV project timed to the Year of the Mother. As BelTA was told by editor-in-chief of the Gomel television Irina Shaporeva, TV spectators would be offered a number of programs devoted to the stories about women of Gomel oblast. The project A Mirror of the Soul will be launched January 20 on the TV channel Lad. According to Irina Shaporeva, heroines for the TV programs have already been chosen for the next three months. All of them live in villages and small regional centers. Journalists are expected to create an image of a Gomel woman of the 21st century. At first the program will be on air twice a week. Taking into account that different organizations and companies ask to tell about this or that woman, A Mirror of the Soul would have a long life on TV.
