The renewed bus route Gomel-Kiev has linked the Belarusian town of Gomel and the capital of Ukraine.
BelTA has learnt from the country’s transport unitary company Gomeloblavtotrans that a 25-seat bus leaves the bus station “Gomel” at 8 a.m. every day. The distance takes nearly five hours. The ticket costs Br28 thousand. The bus starts back from Kiev at 16.50.
In recent years the bus Gomel-Kiev has plied only during vacations. In 2007 the route has been renewed.
Residents of the oblast center can get to the Ukrainian capital by bus Minsk-Nikolaev. There is one more route Mozyr-Kiev to the Ukrainian capital.
